"ECZ FACTOR" COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Entry into this Competition is subject to these terms and conditions in full. There is one prize consisting of pharmacy training (a place on the Retail Skills course from Chemist + Druggist magazine) and an E45 goody bag (containing 1 x E45 Endless Moisture Body Cream Fragrance Free, 1 x E45 Endless Moisture Body Cream Lightly Fragranced, 1 x E45 Endless Moisture Body Milk 200 ml Fragrance Free, 1 x E45 Endless Moisture Body Milk 200ml Lightly Fragranced, 1 x E45 Endless Moisture Body Milk 400ml Fragrance Free, 1 x E45 Endless Moisture Body Milk 400ml Lightly Fragranced and 1 x towel). In addition, the winning entry will be published in the September 2008 edition of OTC magazine.
  2. Entries must be no longer than 250 words and must describe how the entrant would advise and assist a family to manage the atopic eczema and dry skin conditions of children. Entries must be received by email or post no later than 29th June 2008. Entries must be the original work of the entrant.
  3. Entrants must be UK pharmacy counter assistants and not be employees (or their relatives) of the Promoter or of anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
  4. No purchase is necessary for entry.
  5. The winner will be the entrant whose entry, in the opinion of the judges, has most appropriately described the advice and assistance to be given to families with children suffering from atopic eczema and/or dry skin, in the light of the applicable NICE Guidelines (December 2007).
  6. The Competition will be judged by Christine Clarke, Pharmacist and Aomesh Bhatt, Medical Director of E45.
  7. By entering this Competition each entrant hereby confirms that their entry is their own original work and hereby licenses the Promoter to use (and authorise the use of) their entry (whether or not the winning entry), in whole or in part and with such editing as may seem necessary to the Promoter, in connection with this Competition. Due acknowledgement will be given with any such use.
  8. Entries are restricted to one per person. Any additional entries will not be considered and will not be entered into the draw.
  9. The winner will be notified after 29th June 2008.
